The Perfect Notebook for Film Photographers

If you enjoy shooting on film but struggle to remember which Aperture and Shutter Speeds you used for each individual frame on every roll of film - then the Film Photographer’s Notebook has been designed just for you.

The Film Photographer’s Notebook allows you to store all your Camera, Lens, Film type, Aperture, Shutter Speed, Filter, and GPS Location for each individual shot, as well as any other notes required.

To keep the current or most recent films on the Homepage, you can move completed films into an Archive arranged by Year. You can Unarchive films at any time, and you can also Delete all the film data simply by press-and-hold on each film data box.

All the data can be filtered on the Homepage by Date, Camera, Film stock, or Archive, to make it quick and easy to find the film stock you want to carry on shooting or to check the data for one already shot.

And, if you develop your own films at home, you can also add which Developer and Fixer you used, as well as the times for each. This means that all your Exposure and Developing information is stored together, all in the same place for each individual roll of film.

The Film Photographer’s Notebook also allows you to export all the data for each specific roll of film to a CSV or PDF format for printing and future reference. The PDF function allows you to easily print off all the Camera, Exposure and Development information on one page, which can be stored in the same folder as your negatives for each roll of film.

All of this makes shooting with film cameras a much more enjoyable and rewarding experience, capturing all the data you need in one place to constantly learn and grow as a photographer.

The Film Photographer's Notebook can be downloaded for FREE from the Apple and Android app stores. Free users can store 5 cameras and lenses, and add unlimited Film Types and Film Rolls.

For those of us with more than 5 cameras, the Premium version allows access to all the following Premium features: unlimited cameras and lenses, add custom filters, GPS location, saved locations, archive, export to CSV or print to PDF, and developing info.

This means that for a very small one-off fee of £8.99, you have access to all the features that have been designed to make recording your photographic memories a seamless part of creative journey.
